Process overview
How to find a process
After opening EximeeBPMS Cockpit to view the list of all available processes, you can use one of the three buttons marked with an arrow.

A list of processes will be displayed.
By default the list is sorted by the process key (column Key). It is possible to sort by the remaining columns.

Process search
Above the list there is also a process search. After clicking in the search field we can decide whether processes should be searched based on the name (Name) or the key (Key).

After selecting the option that interests us we can also specify the method of searching for the process:
like - searches by a text fragment
= - exact search, returns only those processes whose name (or key) is identical to the value entered in the search

The process search also allows adding multiple search criteria by selecting the option Add criteria.

After finding the process of interest in the list, you should click on the key (Key) or the process name (Name). The following will be displayed detailed process view (Process Definition View).
Detailed process view
The panel on the left contains information about the process and its versions.

Using the dropdown list Definition Version you can browse all versions of the process uploaded to EximeeBPMS along with active instances running in each of them.

User tasks
In the case of processes that include user tasks, from the EximeeBPMS Cockpit we can check - and also modify - current task assignments to users or groups.
