After clicking the button, a window will open where you should fill in the basic data:
Location in the repository – the place where the form will be saved,
Number of columns – set to 16 by default; it can be changed (more in: Page editing),
Description – an optional field, useful for documenting the form’s purpose.

After confirming (the Add formbutton) an editor with an empty form template will open in the Stepstab. Adding components is possible after switching to the Form tab (1), and saving the form to the repository is done by clicking the Save (2).
